9e777's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
9e777 believes entertainment should be enjoyable — free from stress and safe. Our responsible gaming tools keep you in control at all times.
Age 21+ Requirement & Our Commitment
Online betting and casino games should be enjoyed as entertainment only, not as a source of income. 9e777 always puts the wellbeing and safety of its players first. That is why we strictly enforce this rule — our platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
Age is verified when an account is created. If a minor attempts to access the platform in any way, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned. All members of 9e777 are bound by this rule.
Safe Gaming Principles
- Only play with money you can afford to lose.
- Set a fixed budget for each day or each week.
- Do not increase your bets to try to recover losses.
- Take breaks while playing and spend time with family and friends.
- Avoid playing when drinking alcohol or under emotional stress.
- Keep children away from your account.
Tools for Control
9e777 provides the following features to keep your gaming experience fully under your control.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, you will need to contact support to change it, which helps prevent overspending in the heat of the moment.
Loss Limit
Set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period. If that limit is reached, 9e777 will automatically end your session to prevent further losses.
Time-Out (Break)
Take a time-out from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in to the platform. Your account will be automatically reactivated once the break ends.
Self-exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. Your account can be closed for 6 months or permanently. During this time no marketing messages will be sent to you either.
Session time limit
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session in advance. Once the set time is up, the system will automatically log you out, preventing extended uninterrupted play.
Reality Check
Pop-up messages will appear at set intervals to remind you how long you have been playing and what your wins and losses have been — helping you make informed decisions.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
If any of the following signs appear, it is time to pause and seek help.
- Feeling a constant urge to bet more and more to recover losses.
- Cutting back on time with family, friends, or work in order to play.
- Lying to family or friends about how much you play and how long.
- Repeatedly trying to stop playing but failing each time.
- Using money meant for bills or daily expenses to place bets.
- Feeling restless, anxious, or angry when you cannot play.
- Turning to gaming to relieve stress, worry, or depression.

- If you win, set aside a portion — do not put it all back into bets.
- Avoid playing for long uninterrupted periods every day.
- Keep a balance with other hobbies and activities.
- Use our tools to set your own limits whenever needed.
- If in doubt, take a break and contact support.

Gaming is Entertainment — Not an Investment
At 9e777 we believe online gaming is only enjoyable when it remains a leisure activity. Whether it is cricket betting or slot games — every outcome is completely random and uncertain. No strategy or method can guarantee consistent wins.
So always keep this in mind: play only with money you are prepared to lose. A win is a bonus — the real goal should be to enjoy the game. If you are playing solely to win, that may be a sign of concern.
Our responsibility is not just to provide games — it is also to ensure your wellbeing and happiness. 9e777 is always by its players' side, in good times and when help is needed.
